The five-day Student Partnership Co-creation Programme has brought 44 participants of the 15 teams in the 4th RSLEIHE scheme to a novel experience in self-discovery and creative thinking process.
On the first day of in-person sessions, participants went through a kick-off session to build connections with the cohort, a Lumina Spark debriefing which facilitated understanding of individuals’ traits and team dynamics, and a “Hack the Box” to clarify assumptions and inherent conceptions.
The following four-part Everyday Innovation (ClockWise) virtual series focused on equipping skillset of creative and innovative thinking perspective, helped the teams to generate high-impact ideas and to build a concrete foundation and feasible plan to carry on in project preparation and implementation.
